Well im reaching out fellas....got a 1953 tea20 thats been sitting for about 5 years. Was put away in barn when it was working fine. Started out puting new battery in it . There was no response when tried to turn it over....so put new starter.....then it turned over but wouldnt start so now ive replaced the plug wires, coil, condenser and points.....still getting no spark at points when i turn it over.....im out of ideas.....yes ive tried jumping around the coil no joy.....and when I try jumping across the coil with a screw driver there is no spark at all......

You might have already tried this ,
new points have a varnish on the contact surfaces to stop corrosion ,clean this off with fine emery before fitting .
Otherwise it sounds like the spark is being grounded , probably via a poor insulator in the distributor body .
Do you have a spark from the new coil ? See if it leaps out the end of the lead to the engine block when you turn over the engine .
If you do then something is amiss with the distributor .
If not then suspect the coil , new ones are sometimes dead straight out of the box .

When you turn the key on, with the points open, do you get
battery voltage to the coil, through the coil and to the distributor?
Should be able to measure it all the way to the open points.
