temp gauge

does anyone know what temp gauge from this site will fit my TO-35 ser no 168569 ? I bought one but it does NOT fit.

Look and see if there is rust inside housing. Different size tip could be keeping it from fitting. The bushing is for different size(different models) hole in housing but yours looks to be same so you may not need it.

no rust. the hole for the sending unit is smaller once you get past thread depth.

Try drilling it out VERY slightly.

Want just enough clearance for the bulb to pass through but the taper to seat.

Or send it back, try a different brand. Luck of the draw with aftermarket products.

I've use the same type and had no problem on several tractors. Ordered from Sparex. Will it not screw in at all?

it took awhile but I found a receipt from four years ago where I bought a temp. gauge. now that's planning for old age !

the hole is too small for the sending unit on the left. need the style on the right. no problem I found one.
