TO 30 reducer

Saw this TO-30 on CL. has a reducer. I called and asked if he would separate and sell the reducer and he said NO. If someone has an interest in the whole tractor hit the link.

I thought you had one of those Steve? It is to bring the PTO down to about- ground speed- for the 3 point rakes etc. This one is missing the cover.

I thought the pto 's had a ground speed on the tractor ?????

TO20s and TO30s don't have a ground speed PTO. The TO35 was the first to get it.

as it on all the early to35's or only the "deluxe" models? I seem to remember when my grandfather bought his in 1955 there was a standard version available that did not have the two stage clutch or ground speed PTO.
