Tea20 standard motor cylinder head cover thingy

Would like to know firstly what the correct name is for my thingy and are they still available as this one looks pretty stuffed.

I have no idea,and am unable to locate this cover in the Parts Book I own:

That is a cover, that blocks off the opening to the coolant chamber inside the head, where the BRASS WATER DISTRIBUTION TUBE is inserted:

Item # 29.. BRASS WATER DISTRIBUTION TUBE

Item # 31...Cover:

I have seen the covers in bad condition due to the Engine using only WATER for cooling:

Your Engine has a BRASS WATER DISTRIBUTION TUBE?

Hi Bob
Thinking I might have to hunt around for a good second hand one, the brass tubing appears to be fine.
