TO 20 points & condenser

Have two TO20 both converted to 12 volt 1gen. 1 ault. both eat points & condensers 20 to 30 HRS run time any ideas

If using original 6 volt coil, is there an added ballast resistor in the line between coil and switch? If not, add resistor with resistance of 1 1/2 ohms, or replace coil with direct "12 volt no external resistor required" coil. NAPA IC14SB or equivalent

Also be sure you are using good quality points.

Like rvirgil_KS said, be sure the coil is right. Should be about 3 ohms resistance across the + and - terminals, including the resistor if needed.

Also be sure the distributor shaft doesn't have side play. That's a common problem, needs to be really tight, any play and the points will not stay set, cause arcing and burning.

Finding quality ignition parts is nearly impossible now. Once you know the coil resistance is right, an electronic conversion kit would be a welcome change, especially if these are working tractors. The conversion kits are forgiving of worn distributors.
