To30 front tire options

Looks like i need a new tire for the to30, its had a tear and now it ate the tube. Im fuessing original tires on it..6-16.
I see the ribbed tire options but have seen lik car or truck tires on n tractor before.
What size do people use?
Was just looking for a cheap/free temporary option till get some ribbed ones
How hard are these old ribbed tires to get off?

In my opinion I do not think they are very hard to get off at all. As long as the tire & tube are shot a sawzall does a fairly good job. I heard some use car tires if they are going on the lawn a lot. Sometimes they have car tires laying around and not a ribbed tire.

Truck tires are about a 225/65-16. 225 is skinny enough not to hit the steering arm.
