Voltage Regulator

Hi - I have a SEA20 1954 Ferguson

I am trying to replace the Voltage Regulator - I'm not sure what connects to the first terminal? The second terminal was a bond to the tractor frame the the third terminal was hot from the battery and the forth terminal was just corroded off - so no wire was connected. Can anyone help with the wiring? I purchased a new (control box) which has a terminal on both sides and I'm hoping there's an additional two terminals when I receive the part.

thank you,

Stan

The only thing I can help you with is I think you meant to say you have a TEA20 not a SEA20. I am sure someone will be along shortly to help you with the problem.

Stan, I have a 1948 TEA20, it has a Lucas RB108 control box (a slightly updated version). The mid terminals that you mentioned equate to the way mine is wired. The end terminals both go to the generator.
Reading from left to right, D (it's next to your bond to the tracor) goes from control box to the ignition warning light, then straight to the larger terminal on the generator.
The other end of the control box is marked F (probably equivalent to your old corroded terminal) which a direct connection wire to the smaller terminal on the generator.
