Rocker faces look very good , you must be pleased . Check to see that all the adjusters are able to be undone and that the threads are smooth . Clean up the sides of the adjusting nuts with a file to remove any burrs and rounded corners . Sometimes the springs look ok but have a broken coil , look at them carefully . Shove a soft wire down the galleries for good measure as well .

X 2 on Charles in Aus. input:

I found there were several loose bushings # 18

I had to run a tap through several of the LOCK NUTS # 26

I will check the bushings as you say what tolerances would necessitate replacing a bushing and are they still available or to be engineered.
Thanks

Thanks Charles will give it all another
check over and the soft wire treatment is
something I hadn't thought about.
Cheers

I have no idea if the ROCKER ARM bushings are available. The bushings that I encountered on the last TEA 20 were loose in the BORE of the ROCKER ARM. After a good cleaning, LOCKTITE was applied to the Rocker Arm bore as well as the outer surface of the BUSHING "Sparingly". Assembled bushings and they never moved!

If I am not too late with this, you might need to use wire feeler gauges (not flat blade type gauges) to reset the rocker clearances as the contact faces appear to show concave wear pattern which the flat blade type will otherwise slide over the high not contact sides
