Te-20 carbon build up

So I have my little fergi apart to do valves which are extremely bad and I have a lot of carbon build up in the intake ports what's the best way to clean it out I worked on one with a screwdriver and it is a real pain to do does anyone know of a solvent or cleaner to get the carbon to come off or just keep at it with a screwdriver

Piston Kleen (Amamzon) worked good on a set of pistons i recently did. Takes overnight in a container heated to 110 degrees. Got them close to new as they will get. Heating means the pistons were in a pan placed into an electric fry pan and then covered with alum foil to assist in heat retention. Non contact temp gun helped maintain 110 degrees. Thermometer will also suffice. No odor.
