TE20 rebuild question

Starting to reassemble my 48 TE20. Going to
put the hydraulic cover back on. Other then
making sure the 2 parts circled in red are
connected, is there anything else that needs
to be connected inside? The manual is vague
about it. Also, what does the quadrant
control connect to, should i install it in
the cover before i install the cover?

1975 was the last time I was were you are today...........:

Service Manual Section L... Pages L1 Fig 1 & Pages 6 Fig 8.....:

Note PINK DOT....and Item 25.......:

I assembled the unit, with the Quadrant control attached to the Cover before assembly......:

Also had both Right and Left Inspection covers off at time of fitting cover onto Diff. housing...:

Each to their own preference..:

Thanks! think i need to get the manual you have, i have a copy of the original Ferguson Shop Manual. Doesn't show any of this in detail.

BLUE service Manual is available on e-Bay from Australia ...Green Service manual, purchased through e-bay eight years ago...came from England:

I located a Blue Service manual here in Canada...:
