Hi folks.
Have finally got everything back from the reconditioners including new engine kit.
I was planning on reassembling starting with Crankshaft, Camshaft, liners and pistons.
Any issues with this sequence or am I clear to go.
Thanks.

Ha i have just finished a rebuild. I did the liners before anything and part fille with water to make sure the liner gaskets where sealing properly, then crank, pistons and cam when getting the timing setup.

Good luck :D

You own a manual? It will tell you the order it must be re-assembled in. You don't want to nick something or take it all down twice.

(1) Service Manual........Available on the internet........purchased mine on e-bay...Originals:

(2) Cleanliness....

(3) Follow the Service Manual steps.........
