Brake linkage

I stuffed up, having had my drums and shoes
all nicely reconditioned and put back
together I forgot to attach the brake
linkages beforhand.
My question is can I undo the bracket on the
end of the brake control shaft to fit the
linkage. I really don't want to have to
dismantle the drum and shoes again.

Looks like the arm could move sideways after the clamp bolt was loose, worth a try.

Did the same thing. Dont have to remove shoes, undo the axle bolts whip it out install brake bit put it back in, its good practice, thats what i told myself anyway. This is for a tea20, assuming to20 is the same,
