Starting with a flat belt pulley

Some had ask me about this and I said I would try to make a video. I've never done it before. I flipped the pulley over to get them to run right I could have also just aded a half twist to the belt.
I know they're ford but you can do the same with fergusons or most other old tractor.
 
That is interesting... without the twist, the pto's are spinning in opposite directions... but then with Dorfs... suppose it don't mater... even more interesting is they BOTH even started!!

If you look, you can see that the pulleys are mounted opposite of each other. On one, the pulley faces the
right side. On the other, the pulley faces the left side. This would make the PTO shafts turn in opposite
directions. No need to cross the belt.
 

I added one about flipping the pto pulley over so the belt runs in the same direction on both pulley without having to incorporate a half twist on the belt.
