TO-35 Standard 23C Cam Follower/Lifter question

I'm in the process of rebuilding the standard 23c diesel for my TO35. During dis-assembly I noticed that I have one cam follower/lifter that has a marred surface. I would like to buy a new one but haven't been able to find a source. Hopefully someone here can point me in a direction.

Hiya Doc. I Haven't taken that one apart yet. Got pics? Dontch'a love playing with obsolete antique machines?
Chances are you might find yourself at a machine shop. Kind of reminds me when I found a busted gear inside the
Hupp transmission. Simple enough mechanism. About a 2 inch outer diameter, 1/2 inch thick, with two alignment
notches on the inner diameter to align with woodruff keys on the install. First gear shop I went to said
"$600". I about fell over and went to the second gear shop. That quote came down to $450. Still i have gone
another direction and God willing, will work out sometime soon.

I have found a cam re-grinder that can refinish/regrind and heat treat the face. As far as i'm concerned, this is what a hen's tooth looks like
