I am wondering if the is any way to repair the lower lift arms on
the drawbar end of a TO20? Are the balls with the hole in them available? Or should I buy new lift arms?

Here's an option.....weld on self aligning ball ends:

Available in Cat,1...Cat.,ll etc.

Neighbour has Cat., ll installed and uses a bushing if Cat. l Implements are used.

Possibly this site carries them?

The above is good for repairing loose balls. I also just tacked some weld on the oustide of the arm to stop the ball falling out

I bought some repair ends like you show at Tractor Supply, so if this site doesn't carry them, you can find them at TSC. Keith

I just replaced the arms on my old Ferguson
Remember the other end may also be worn, also the center lift hole will be worn

If these ends were to break off while making a hard pull like plowing, it could be dangerous.

Just my humble opinion
