Engine Oil for rebuilt motor

I am getting ready to reassemble the motor on a TO30. New bearings, turned crankshaft, new sleeves, new pistons, rebuilt oil pump, head work and valves replaced. Probably some other stuff I forgot to mention.

My question is regarding which motor oil I should use for initial startup and break-in. I know there are lots of opinions on this subject, but I am open to suggestions.

Straight 30W for the first 1/2 hour while you break in the cam. Then drain and refill with your choice of blend.
