Ferguson Ted 20 Oil from engine dipstick?

Hi from sweden! Sorry if My english is bad! Iam about to look at one old Ferguson, the owner had passed away and the seller sent me pics yesterday. One Pics made me a bit worried. There is oli around the dipstick. Could the crankcase Vent be clogd Or maby a oring missed?

If you are stuck for translations, there is a 'Bill Brox' on here, who speaks Norwegian, I am certain he will help you.
I will think this oil stain is years of splashing around, and the cork or rubber seal around the dipstick didn't last long. I would not worry about it. If the engine was going bad, it would have a huge oil stain under the larger tube, which is the 'breather'...
 
As "Tony in Mass" has stated is my conclusion. On my daily user TEA 20....been this way since 1974 as per your pictures:

I recently purchased a parts TEA 20. Before I purchased the little beast I removed the "CAP" SEE PICTURE and verified there was NO appreciable engine blow by.....just a thought.....

If the pressure rushes out, knocks you down, and tears the braches off the trees when the "OIL CAP" is removed then you may certainly dicker on the price.............:)
