To-30 that I am working on has 4 stripped rear axle studs. I drove the old studs out, now how do I get them back in the hub. Can I just use a spacer on the stud and turn a nut on the stud to force it through. I'm afraid of stripping the threads on the new studs. Any suggestions.

That's the way I would do it.

Use new nuts, grease the threads, turn the flat side of the nut toward the hub, use a grade 8 flat washer behind the nut.

I have the same problem on two of my studs on my TO30. I'm looking on here for the correct replacements. is the part number (Part No: 825507M1) the correct studs? And if not, where did you get yours?

What you need is 9/16"x 2" - 18NF axle studs. I believe you can get them from this site.
I bought mine from a Ford & Ferguson salvage yard that also has new replacement parts.
