OK...so who all's going? Republic MO 15th September......And by the way, does anyone know of any midweek events or places I could go visit within a 3-4 hour drive of Springfield MO during the following week? Preferably Agriculture related, like a fair or rodeo or even a tractor wrecker?

We will be there. May have to leave a little earlier. Hope the Ford makes it. LOL Just checking out new trailer to make sure I can haul two.

Sam, it's not tractor related, but you need to go to the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield if you've never been in one. I doubt that you have any stores like that on your side of the pond.

Samm, we have over 100 people signed up for the banquet. Should be a good crowd. Other than Mac Tractor Parts, Inc. in Colcord, OK, I don't know of anything else tractor related in the area.

I just learned about FENA and the 2016 Expo. I'm in the process of restoring my father's first tractor, a 1948 TO20. Is there a schedule of what happens for each of the days--workshops, contests, etc? Any parts for sale there?
 
Ummm ahhhh... hey Max! Not that I don't read every word in the furrows... but then, I guess I've got to admit that, or not knowing the months on a calendar... I thought the meal was to be paid for by the 13th of SEPTEMBER.... not August... didn't read that part... so do I eat a baloney sandwich on the picnic table where the 10th graders sneak cigarettes??? Do I have to supply my own baloney??? I got the cheese and mustard.... split top bread... a beer... oh...wasn't suppose to say that huh???
Can we pay when we get there???
 
Tony, I'll stop at a BBQ joint in Nixa and pick up a couple of sandwiches for ya' Saturday morning if you want me to. :D 8)

Driving up to Harrison, AR Friday to visit with my cousin, who I'll be staying with. It's only an hour or so away from the show site.
I'll sign up for FENA when I get there, save me the price of postage. :lol: :p

Well, the Expo will probably never be closer to me than it is this year (about a 3-hour drive), but I have other obligations this weekend, and won't be able to make it. I had really hoped to meet some of you folks in person, but I'll watch for photos and reports here, on the FENA Facebook page, and in the Furrows magazine.
 
Not buyin it Tom! 3 hour drive-4 day event. Who ever the excuse is- bring them too! If it's work- bring the boss! I'll buy him a corn dog
Think of another excuse.... oh! there are none! See ya there...
 
You drive a hard bargain, Tony, but I'm afraid it just won't work.

Too bad, though - I was looking forward to watching you build a tractor, and buying you a Black Label! (I'm pretty sure that's not a "dry" county. :wink: )
