I need to split my tractor to replace my fly ring what is easiest way of doing this?maybe theres a video pictures??

So do i... to replace clutch.

Youtube there are some there are some vids of someone doing it, or search forums....

from what i have read, chock front axle so it cannot pivot support rear and front then unbolt and go nuts.

How much room do you have to work in? Do you have an engine hoist. You can support the back half under the transmission, block rear tires, well tyres as it is a TE. Remove hood, tank, wires to engine half. Release radiator from front axle support, this way you won't have to drain, unbolt the radius arm at the transmission on one side, remove tie rod at the wheel, not steering arm and flip back to the fender. Put a strap around front spindle that you just removed tie rod from to lock wheel in place. Now sling the engine with straps and engine hoist. You can pivot the front axle assembly out of the way and now you should be able to split tractor.

Ferguson shops use to have a rig that went under and around the engine so the front would simply move forward of the rear and be able to facilitate the split to work on transmission or clutch.

If you don't have one get the clutch alignment tool here worth a few bucks over the agrivation of being misaligned.

Email is open if you need any other info.

No need to remove all that if you have an engine crane, trolley jack and bottle jack....chock front axle with wood blocks to keep the engine upright, place jack under engine and trolley jack under gearbox...engine crane hooks to steering wheel. Undo the bolts around the steering box and clutch bell housing, remove one end of the steering bars and remove the ballend of the radius rod....lift steering box up with the crane and wheel the rear axle back...no need to remove any wires or pipes!

Here's a tip-if there's a cotter pin hanging out of the bottom of the bell housing, cut it off and remove it before you pull the motor forward. The flywheel can hang on the top of the cotter pin and prevent a smooth separation.
