My TE20 has the "oscillating control valve" version of the hydraulic pump.
The circlip that secures the key rod into the rear of the control valve has gone missing (don't know for how long).
Question:
The "wire type" circlip shown in the manual, looks rather flimsy and maybe prone to popping out? so I am wondering if a "pressed metal" (flat type) circlip (with the holes in the ends) might be a better choice to replace it with?
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
