I don't know the proper name, but they are usually on MF industrials, I think they are called 'clamp and ring'? something like that. Doing this over the phone is a bad idea. go to the tire shop with it.

Tony, I was at the tire shop today and they said these rims are no longer available and they can't help me. They said if I can find the rim
they can get the tire. I told them I have no idea what I am looking at and when I call tractor parts places I just confuse them. Thanks for
the response.

If I can't find these rims, can I just change my hub over to the 6 loop wheels of the same size? thanks again for your help.

You can buy the aftermarket loop type rims on this site for$135 + $25 shipping. The center to go with it gets pricey though.

But, it is easy to find the centers as they don't rust away like the rims. They are plentiful, think they fit the N fords also.

From the picture, that rim doesn't look to be beyond repair. If it's only rusty around the stem, that can be plated and ground down. Seen much worse repaired.

Get complete wheel and center off a salvage tractor and change to 6 loop. Center bolt pattern looks to be same. Where are you located? I have a good wheel-center and new Firestone tube & tire. Also have good wheel & center with old tire.

I have the same wheels and could not find 13x24 rims, but a 12x24 rim will work. Search ebay for '12" x 24" Double Bevel Rear Rim Silver Universal'. I bought these several years ago and had 14.9x24 tires mounted on them and they worked with the clamp style wheel centers. The price is the problem. I don't remember them being quite as expensive as they are now when I got them. It would probably be cheaper to do as suggested and find some used six loop style centers and buy six loop 24" rims.

My Goodyear Farm Tire dealer says they are still available a 12 X 24 rim would cost $304 at least from my dealer. I would do some looking around. My dealer called them a Single Drop Double Bevel. Probably like a lot of items, different dealers and different names.

As far as measuring the width I have heard you measure from where the bead of the tire on one side lays to where the other bead lays on opposite side. Or as I like to say from inside wall to inside wall at the outer most part.

What is wrong with your rim? If it is just the rust around the valve stem I would just cut that part out and weld in a new piece.

I'm thinking the same thing. It may not even be that rotten, my money is on the valve stem leaking. Sometimes -rarely, it can be a 5 dollar fix.
If the tire is rotten, that and a tube (50?)and a welded patch (100?) should last another 50 or 60 years.

This is the good rim, I only used it as a picture for people to see. The bad rim rusted holes thru almost all the way around it. The repair shop said they could try and cut the center of the rim out but the cost of the repair was higher then buying a new rim.
