Carb Spring

I am needing a spring for my TO35 it s part number on Mikes Carburator Web site is 61-567, any help would be super appreciated. I think this
spring helps the float shut off. Most of the time tractor runs fine but after a while it loads up and out the air inlet comes the gas. I lost
my spring doing the carb cleaning and I dropped the box my parts were in. Thanks again Bobby

The buoyancy of a air tight float is what shuts the flow at the needle. Is this a spring around the needle? Just find another that fits... any hardware store.
It can't be far, keep looking for it with a magnet- or the little lite on a magent on a stick.. it's there someplace...

For times like this I have a cigar box with every unused spring I ever had. Something in there got to fit or almost fit whatever is missing.
Well Richard, not everything I own is made from a re-cycled Spitfire or B17, and a whole lot of important ferrous objects roll under big things I don't want to move. Or crawl under.
One time a hand made wood screw from a flintlock almost 300 years old bounced away and under something I couldn't see under. Talk about a blood pressure test! Every magnet I could think of was called into action till that was found.
Somewhere in the shop- stuck to the welding machine? is a magnetic fake water faucet. Good for an A+ in 3rd grade science. Show and tell day. Kid doesn't say a word. Sticks it to the teacher's sheet metal desk and pretended to wash his hands under it... even the teacher freaked out. The principal walked in to see what all the screaming was about. cool.

Tony it has been gone a long time I ve had the tractor runnin for over a year now. Check Mikes carb site to see what spring i m talking
about. Thanks

Yea, i went to Mike's after your first post and Mike doesn't do M-S, so that's why I asked what carb it was. I have two 35's and both use M-S carbs which don't have springs like you mention, thus my confusion. As the others said, I would just find one that's close to same size at a hardware store or out of my stash of springs at the workbench.
