Hi, I'm having an issue with my tractor. The lift is slow and jerky but lifts everything and holds it up for hours, just takes a while and RPMS don't really matter. A little background, I bought the tractor last year and went through the hydraulics myself over the winter. It has a brand new pump assembly, newer style 2500psi system with a 2000psi pressure relief valve, new 2.5" piston with single washer and oring, cylinder was in good shape, new o-rings on the stand pipe, pretty much everything new in the hydraulics. It has less than 10 hours on it since then. I took the side cover off and cleaned the filter, it had a little junk on it but not alot, no improvement.
I was using a 6' box scrape this past weekend and running it pretty hard scraping a 1000' driveway that was compacted. There was some larger rocks sticking up and the box scrape bounced around alot. Also there was some softer stuff that would fill the box up, enough that when I'd raise it to smooth everything out it would pick up the front of the tractor. The last pass I made is when I noticed the issue. Any ideas? Bad pressure relief valve? Thanks!
