3 Point Hitch Problems

I have a TO30 that the 3 point hitch doesn't work. Any suggestions of what could be wrong and what to do to maybe fix it would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure anyone wanting to help will need to have a starting point. What is it doing and not doing? Is there an implement on the 3 point? Does it go up and won't come down? Is it down and won't go up? Are you sure the lever on left side behind your foot is "IN" gear? We need to have a little more information.

do you have the PTO engaged? hyd. pump needs PTO working to function.

It doesn't move up or down.

There is no implement on it. It doesn't go up or down and the pto is engaged.
