TO-30 Oil Pump

My oil pump valve is stuck in the oil pump body, anybody know how to get it out?

Try some penetrating oil and then a curved pick to pull it down. I'm not sure if you could try air pressure from the pump side which my push it
out.

tom I soaked it overnight in KROIL and pushed it out through the port under the gear. what effect would a stuck valve have on the pressure ?

I think you are talking about the engine lube oil pressure relief valve piston. Assuming the bearing clearance were within their normal range, if it"s stuck in the open position, you"d see a reduction in oil pressure, especially when the oil is at operating temperature. If it was stuck in the full closed position you"d see very high pressures with cold oil and the reduced pressure as the oil warmed up, depending again on the bearing clearances.
