to20 hydraulic problems

I rebuilt the hyd pump on my to20, and I cant get any reaction whatsoever. I think it is pumping, there is oil circing around. The relief control valve is going in and out. Did I not hook something up? Any ideas are appreciated.

Well, I thought someone with more experience on the 20s would have answered, but here is my guess based on the later models...

Swirling oil below the surface could be an indication of the pressure relief valve stuck open or missing, or if there is a stand pipe, the pipe is not socketed into the port or the oring is bad/missing.

Can you operate the valve by hand? If possible, you should be able to CAREFULLY raise and lower the 3 point. Possibly the control linkage is out of adjustment or improperly assembled.

Again, these are just guesses, never been into one, BE CAREFUL!
