wonder if I could mount this gun on top of my little TO35.
you know, just something to scare off the crows trying to pull up my sweet corn this spring.

any thought as to really why they mounted this gun, what use would it be,
does not look like a rough neighborhood.

Typical middle east armored vehicle. They're awful backward over there, that's why they got a Case IH.... you should get a 3 point bird cannon for yours. And a set of ear plugs....

I have no idea where the photo was taken, just saw it on facebook and thought it was kind of cool.
unique might be a better term,

background does not look like foreign land but who knows.
if I carried that kind of hardware, I believe I would want more protection than the cab of a tractor.
again just different.
something to amuse myself with on a cold snowy day.
in a day or two we may find out what it is used for and the guy that built it.

I can tell by the way they painted the garage door back there, this is in far northeastern Kaffearastan, famous for their non-virgin olive oil.
I heard this particular one was sold to Hollywood to be a movie prop in-
'Mad Max 5 'Bush Walk to the Wop Wops'....
Bob Charles and PCP will be stunt men.
I'm looking forward to seeing it.

And now with any luck you can get away with it :)

Will you be shooting that pom pom on the tractor Charles? Be careful, even movie blanks are hot when they drop on your head.
Well, if the prop master can't find you an armadillo helmet that fits, let me know. I would never donate Antonio to science, but to be immortalized in a Mad Max movie?? .... nay bloody worries mate!! he's knackered!!!

I have enough trouble with wombats Tony , thank goodness they aren't armour plated as well !

As far as shooting down drones flying over your private property with no permission [ a truly justified and much needed pastime ] I think I will stick to a modest 12 gauge shotgun .
There is a fender [ mudguard ] bracket made for a Ford 9N; to hold stabiliser and draw bars, that could easily be modified to carry firearms . I must look into making one .
