I doubt there is a torque specified for that, just tighten them using judgment.

But if you want to look it up, be sure to use the bolt size, not the head, and go to the correct grade as indicated by the head markings.

Wrong!!! It's in the manual..35lb ft. It should be torqued because that is what tightens the the bearing retainer and shims up and sets your preload on the axle. Don't guess at it. Torque it and don't use silicone on the shims. John(uk) had said that many times. You can't torque anything that has silicone in between them. The silicone gives and you end up with a loose axle.
