No spark at points, any advice appreciated

I own a Ferguson TO-30 that sat for a couple of years. I managed to get it running, then apparently shot myself in the foot when I decided to give it a tune up. 6 volt system, new condenser, points and coil. I have voltage from the coil the the distributor, but no spark at the points. Points are set at .22, using a feeler gauge.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them. I do own a voltmeter, so checking voltage isn't an issue. Thanks for any and all help!

What is the voltage at the movable point (breaker arm) with the points open? Closed?

Did you check for continuity across the points when they are closed? I have had some points that I needed to clean the surface because they didn't
make contact when closed.Sometimes they have a film on them.

That was it! Some kind of sticky film on the new points. Cleaned them, put the dist together and she fired right up. Thanks!
