11-1 Dearborn disc harrow

My latest restoration project. I know I'm going to take a lot of ribbing for doing a Dearborn implement since I've always been such a Ferguson fanatic but I've always wanted a single lift disc and this is the only one I could find. I think that Ferguson sold single discs for a short time but have never seen one for sure. Steve Bieberich

Can you show us a picture of what you got, and what you want? There was an HF draw bar drag disc on CL in Mass not long ago, which I thought would be rare.
Once you buy a wrong one, just to have one, people will find you 3 better ones, each one cheaper than the last. Then you'll have 4! Another Murphy's law...

Here's a picture of my (almost all) Ferguson 12' single 3 pt. disc. It was bought new by my grandfather in 1950 from the Ferguson dealer in Odebolt, IA. The harrow part is Ferguson, not Dearborn, and the 3 pt. attachment is of unknown manufacture, no tag. Steve and I have had a few discussions about these discs. Great job on your restoration, Steve!
