What is the current value of a 1955 TO-35. Is there a source to look this up. Want to put insurance on it before it being stored.

I will go out on a limb and say some of it depends on your location. Depending on condition I would say anywhere between $2000 and $3000 for an average TO 35. If restored to very high quality, maybe up to $4500. Now I am interested in what others tell you also. I have not heard of a place you can go to that would give you a price.

A source? Uh-yeah there is. Get the swiss cheeze brain fired up....
Tractor data comes to mind. However, do some research on the local area as to what is selling. It
might be higher. Locally I can pick up a '35 machine for about $1500 currently. Not to long ago I
was looking around twice that.
Good Luck. Pictures are also needed for the insurance file as well as that pesky serial number.

Bruce, where do you find that information about prices of tractors on tractor data. As much as I go to that site I have never ran across anything telling the price? Very interested to make it easier on me. Thank you.

I sold my 57 for 3100 with new mains, rod bearings, new valves and springs, o rings, clutch, tie rod ends, etc. Heck I
only lost about a grand.

Why would you want to put ins. on something that isn't worth a lot of money? I could see it if it was a rare model or a classic car worth $30,000.
In a few years you will have the value of the tractor in ins. premiums! Are you afraid someone's gonna steal it?
