I just purchased this TE 20. Tractor has sat for 5 years. Tin work is very good, tires fair. Engine is not stuck. Have not tried to start it as radiator and gas tank have a lot of crud in them. Will get them cleaned before filling them and trying to start it. I have a few questions. Did not see an external oil filter. Is it metric threads. Is the original color as seen in the pictures.
Before you ask, paid $1200.00.

Ron look at the bottom of oil pan. There will be a large opening plate and above that is the filter. The sheet metal really looks very good from the pictures. That should be the same Z 120 engine as the TO 20. Even though it should be the same I remember John (UK) mention the timing is slightly different. I don't have a TE 20 book so I can't help you with the difference. Yours was made in Coventry, England the TO 20 made in Detroit, Michigan. Yours is a 1948 Ferguson TE 20. You say metric I never thought that but I never worked on one either. I really believe they are SAE. You said you bought it, actually you are getting close to the stealing line. LOL I am sure you will enjoy it.

Actually, it was assembled with "Imperial" hardware.
Similar to what we use here in the US.
But all the bolt heads are slightly different sizes.
You can get a set of wrenches for them.
