TE20, lower link support pin loose and leaking

The lower link support pin on our TE20 is somewhat loose, and when using implements (plow and shovel) the bolt holding the small cover quickly loosens causing oil leak (I took the picture just aften tightening it, sorry).
The pin seems ok (I had a look from the inside by removing PTO), but I am able to wiggle it and rotate it freely. Is that how it's supposed to be?
There is no gasket under the cover. Can that be right?

Does anybody have a diagnosis and possible solution for this?

We have 2 hectars waiting to be plowed + all the other jobs our grey fergie is doing for us every day.
Thank you guys. Markus.

I think that is a tapered pin with a nut on the inside. It shouldn't need any seal as the taper takes care of that. You'll need to tighten the nut on the inside and it may have a hole for a cotter pin.
