I was going to chime in with a "NO" vote only because I picked up a non runner that turned into a parts donor primarily for the scrap pile and upon dis assembly I noted no provision for live hydraulics. Especially if you have the single stage clutch. I picked up a Ford 642 and it had live hydraulics.
I say "had" because I sold it. Just like that long shanked potato plow/middle buster... hee hee

(quoted from post at 08:11:16 10/15/15) with the clutch fully depressed should the 3pt lift?

thanks.
he PTO is engaged off of the back of the hydraulic pump, I know this because I replaced my pump. The dual stage clutch is considered live power because you can push the clutch in half way (first stage) and stop moving but maintain PTO. When clutch is depressed fully you are in the second stage which is intended to stop the pump from spinning in order for you to engage the PTO shaft to the stub shaft on the back of the hydraulic pump.

SO the lift should not lift when the clutch is pressed fully.
