Oil leak between clutch and engine /-52 TED

Ferguson have some oil (small leak) leak between clutch and engine... Now I have bought dipstick and check oil, there is too much oil. I toke extra oil off and now gearbox oil level is ok.

1. Is that oil leak reason: too much oil before I toke off?
2. Is there some oil seal what I have to change? Necessary?
3. Or can I fix that problem using RedLine Oil Saver? I have new oil seals in engine.

Oil leak between clutch and engine could be either engine or transmission.
Oil level too high could be either a blown head gasket, cylinder seals, cracked block, cracked head or
condensation building up in the engine.
You did not mention if the transmission oil was low or if the radiator was low.
A high engine oil level could seep past the rear main oil seal and into the clutch area.
A weak transmission input shaft oil seal could also be leaking.
When you drained the oil, did you get any water out?

Engine oil is ok and cooling (radiator) water is also ok. I think problem (leak) is transmission/gearbox, not engine. Could someone tell me if transmission/gearbox is too much oil, is it possible that then oil can be leaking between clutch and engine (somewhere else than clutch oil seal)?

The seal you describe is the engine output seal , from new it was made of rope and will not respond to modern seal rejuvenators .You should replace this as any oil that does leak through it will contaminate the clutch and make it slip when operating or stick when idle . While you have the tractor split you should also replace the gear box input seal and consider a new clutch and pilot bearing . A clutch plate from an A model Ford is sprung and will will fit well . It will allow you to feather the engagement making for smoother starts .

Thank you. Sorry, I have to ask stupid. Is that the (place) what you mean output seal in Ferguson? Rear end of tractor.

And are the gear box input seal and pilot bearing in the clutch axel?

I suspect your going to have to pull apart the tractor and have a look at both ends. You could try
pulling the bolt out on the lower side of the PTO handle cover and draining the oil down to that level.
A slightly lower oil level might also help your problem while it is not running.

The transmission and rear housing are one common oil. Let the level down to the bottom bolt hole on the round covers on each side under the seat. That should minimize the leak until you can go in and fix it.

Most likely it is the front transmission seal. Unless the bolts were left lose on the seal housing, nothing else there to leak.
