Can i use a to20 block for my 1952 harry ferguson? If so can i use to30 sleeves and pistons?

Short answer is NO as far as I know. To30 Z129 has a OD larger hole for sleeve.
However if you had original bore 3 1/4 inch pistons for your TO30 and used after market 3 1/4 sleeves for TO20 it would work. You would want TO30 crank and head too . TO 30 cam has a different profile but will fit the TO20 block. Oil pan and oil filter is different on TO 20 so you need all of that I think.

Far more intelligent than I should chime in. I believe your 20 and 30 block use the
same aftermarket pistons/sleeves. Check the part numbers. 20 and 30 cams, aftermarket
are the same number. 30 uses bigger valves in the head.
