Adjusting governor and throttle linkage / TED20

Could someone tell me (very exact and slowly) that how I adjust throttle linkage with governor. I have read lots of stories in the internet, but I dont understand? =0

Everything is in place, but I don't know how I adjust (what first, what next). I think this is a difficult thing when you do not gonna be found in the instructions?

Help me. Thanks.
 

The instructions in the manual are complicated and confusing .
John UK has some simplified instructions that he has written , perhaps he may be able to send them to you if he is able .

Yes that is one of his email address'. Make sure you tell him which model tractor you are working on. In the subject line put in "Ferguson tractor" Don't forget they are 5 hours ahead of us. (I think).

Could someone tell me where "John(UK)" is? He has not replied to my email yet. I send emails one week ago...

Last we knew of he wasn't feeling well and it seems like he said something about having a hard time keeping up with all the emails and stuff.
