I rotate motor forward. Next I rotate motor backward. Then I rotete motor forward and check same time distributor. Distributor "rotor" begins to move later (than crankshaft)...

1. Do I have to change motor chain?
2. Do I have to change motor crankshaft and cam shaft "cogwheels" same time?

The only way to determine if you will need to change the cam gear and crank gear is to take off the cover and see how worn the gears are. If you find a timing chain, install it on the existing gears to see if the problem goes away. As with anything it would be best to install a used chain with the mated gears just to avoid any issues of wear in the future.

A good place to start is the store on this site, not sure that Tisco makes these parts though? If you have an 88mm Standard Engine, I might know where you can find the stuff you need.

You were given several first hand suggestions.
IF you have no history on the operating life of this engine then you are playing RUSSIAN roulette until the GOVENOR weights fall off!
You must remove the timing chain cover if you truly want to see the condition of BOTH SPROCKETS and chain.
