TO 20

I have a TO 20. Below each rear axle there is a piece 5 inches long that holds the drawbar arm, I have a leak there-- the nut is off the bolt but the piece will not come off. What am I missing??

You will have to remove axle housing (trumpet ). There is a nut inside that holds it in place. Remove wheel and bolts around rear housing, only one side at a time if both has to be repaired.

Don't remove axle. Just remove wheel and fender,brake rod. It comes off as assembly. Fix problem then replace. Use new gasket.
