He is disabled need to find a way to lift him in to the seat. The idea I have is a 5 point harness for him to wear and weld up a boom with an electric wench. That will make it so he can get on and off the tractor. But first thing I need to get this tractor to run It is a Harry Ferguson 195? TO-30 with a Continental Z129 motor I thought I could find a free repair manual on line. But I learned the only info that's free online is porn and terrorist cookbook. My friend is on a fixed income. I don't make enough at what I do. So if someone can shed some light on this it would help. Need info on carburetor R&R, plug type and gap, how to set the timing, choke and throttle are both missing. After I get it to run I will need to know how to check the PTO to see if it even works. Tractor been sitting for 20 years, I am just trying to help make his cross to bear a little more bearable in my spare time. 8)
