I am starting to put back together a 6 foot - 4 gang disc I purchased, took apart and started to refurbish about 10 years ago. I have a real noob question so don't make fun. 
How do the discs get assembled? Each axle has a concave end plate so assembling the gangs should be straight forward. I want to know how they should be assembled to each other. I.e. Concave side to the middle on the front.
