1954 TO-30 Oil Leak

Hello everyone. Long time reader, first time poster.

I have a '54 Ferguson TO-30. It is leaking oil in the usual places. Between transmission and engine, and around various drain plugs (needs new gaskets). However the leak that bothers me the most that I don't
know how to overcome is a slight spray coming from the carb/manifold side of the engine. I think it is coming from the holes where the bracket that holds the generator (or in my case alternator) to the engine,
although I am not completely 100% sure. Has anyone else seen this issue, and if so, any recommendations on how to correct it? The tractor is still holding 20-25 PSI engine pressure, but I would like the issue
resolved prior to moving forward.

Also, FYI, the tractor has been converted to a spin on oil filter but no the oil is not coming from this location.

From the splatter pattern I see, pretty much the whole side of the block, I don't think it's coming from the mount bolts. Look further forward, around the timing cover, front seal, governor shaft... Somehow the oil is getting airborne and blowing back. Dripping from somewhere, slinging from the front seal?

# 13 may require "SPEEDY SLEEVE" due to wear on # 13 machine surface?
Is # 12 installed?

Thank you both for the quick reply! I will compare your suggestions to the tractor on Friday. Currently away on business.

I am having a hard time telling from the pictures- would these seals be accessible externally without splitting the block?

The pattern I see is along the length of the block so I would think it"s from the valve cover gasket. Make sure that your crankcase vent tube is clear of crud otherwise it can cause the crankcase to be pressurized and force oil out of seals and gaskets.

This was the problem! The crankcase vent tube had a piece of rust blocking the entrance to the tube. Cleared the issue and 99% of the oil leak has receded. Thank you very much everyone for the assistance on this.
