Front end question..

I'm sorry for asking so many questions guys... Bear with me. Tearing apart my front end on the TO30 the tube that my shaft ran through to my pump (off the front of the motor) is held in by a single bolt and runs through the steer axle. Can I temporary remove the tube (no idea what it's proper name is) with out the front end falling apart/collapsing?

If you support the tractor by the front of the transmission and leave the radius rods, the long arms that go back to the transmission housing, you
can remove the axle pin. Grab a manual when you get a chance it will help a lot.
