Ferguson Disc vs MF #25 Disc harrow ?

What differences are there between the earlier Ferguson disc harrow, (very similar to the #25)and the later M-F #25 disc harrow? I've got a #25, seen a few others out there lately and was wondering if bearings are interchangeable, spacing or anything of significance is different on the later #25 from the earlier version in gray.

Ok, I'm familiar with those type, I have a Love MFG disc harrow with them. Woodex offered them for Ferguson, still do per their web page on it, see the link below.

There's one locally and I don't really need 2 disc harrows, well this would be #3, and I was going to see if it was in better shape, so I'll ponder it a bit more I suppose, see if I can get a look at it, if not sold, its 50 miles or so away.

Funny how you can get the oil impregnated wood bearings, but for the later #25, those bearings are not available, though agrisupply does offer a close equivalent, I'm not sure of the fit, one gang on mine has those agrisupply bearings and the pans are loose. I'm at a loss to figure out how to take that gang apart, no way to hold the axle still and get the end nut turning. I tried on afternoon and gave up, even seems like there's a round axle in it, when it should be square. The other 3 gangs have good oem bearings.

My #25 is missing the scrapers and the steel they attach to, so I've been watching out for one of these being parted or ones for sale. I'd certainly not part one that could be repaired, they certainly do work nice for making a seedbed.
