Finally made some progress on the old stubborn coot... Got the bucket off today... What a chore that was... I thought a few times "whoever thought this one up should be shot" I took the rear tires off to gain easier access to the rear loader bolts (on rear axle) That went fine and dandy until I realized the tires were fluid filled.. No idea why is never occurred to me to check something like that first...
I also the shaft off the front of the motor that I have been battling for a few months..
Then came the time to do some wiring, clean the fuel and coolant system.. Its not been ran in years due to the shaft/pump issue.. I finally got it started and I cant believe how well she runs! Smooth right down to a idle.. Just need to figure out the throttle returns back to idle and not where I set it..
NOW for a deep clean.. I gotta say, one of the coolest things about this Fergie is the starter on the stick..
1951-52 TO-30 If I figured tho SER # right?
