TO35 Power steering pump

Pulled the power steering pump from the 202 (my steering uses the loader hydraulics) so I could use it on the TO35. To my dismay when the previous owner removed the rest of the power steering parts he also removed the gears from the pump. Are there individual parts available for these? I don't want to have to buy a whole pump. I've been all over google and ebay and came up with nothing. Or when they are worn out they're shot?

There are actually quite a few pieces missing I find as I'm looking at the diagram on the Agco parts site.
Here are just a few

Those are a couple gears and the shaft. Then there are all the seals and bearings etc. as well as all the other bits and pieces. I think I might try to use the housing and find a drive gear and shaft and somehow graft it on to a more modern pump from a vehicle if I can't find something for a reasonable price.

Sounds like the easiest and most cost effective would be to find a complete used pump. I see a new(?) one is
over $600! Whoa!

That's a lot of money, but trying to adapt something to it could be risky. Since it's gear driven, if
something goes wrong, it can go terribly wrong!

I suspect if you look long enough, one will turn up, that's a popular engine/pump set up.

I tried to find a used gear for months. Just bit the bullet and buy a new one. That's what I did. Sometimes the cheap way is not always the way to go.

If it's the spiral gear that's missing they are few and far between. The price for the gear is about the same as the
entire pump.Every to35 that appears on CL gets a once over to see if it has PS. I've got a whole unit including sector
but plan to use the pump on my 50 and have promised the rest to Tony. I'd ask the PO if he still has it. Good luck

barnes pump is still in business have had no luck with them. I have found that fork lifts use almost the same pump internal parts are
the same check with your local lift truck repair shop.

I think I might just hang tight for now. This was a project I was willing to do if I could salvage the pump I have. Looks like this is probably not the case. I don't have it in my budget to do the whole thing right so I'm thinking it will just have to wait. I wonder how that guy made out with his electric conversion? Haven't seen anything from him since I put in my $0.02 about using it with a front end loader. For my 35 without a loader it might be a better option.........maybe I'm dreaming again!
