Family close bys father died and they were selling some of his equipment. We went and looked at the dirt bucket. It does not show a lot of wear. No broken welds. We tried it out and it worked well on the TO35. We got it for $100.

You did good boy!!!

I have one, it's a Ford 706, works fine, but does not have as wide open throat or frame as yours.

Rich boy's have front end loaders, poor boys have scoops. In my area they were called pond scoops, but wonder how long it's been since someone used one to clean out a pond. Now I have cleaned out a few ditches and moved a lot of dirt with mine.

Nice tractor, what year model as it looks like a TO35 series?

I have one similar, 1957 TO35 that was originally beige color, but in all my wisdom painted it red, mistake on my part maybe, but I like it better.

Good score on the scoop.

Word to the wise: when using the scoop in reverse position as you have it now, I always use both stabilizer bars. because when you hit the dirt, the lift arms will go right/left and put tremendous side pressure on the lift arms, you might bend them or break something on your lift system.
When digging in a forward position stabilizer arms are not necessary.
Just my two cents from using one for years.

This is a 1955 model. And I to0k your advice and went and bought a set of stabilizer bars thanks for the advice might save some repairs Randy
