Throttle position up or down at idle

[size=18:4b3b302dc2][color=black:4b3b302dc2]Hi all. I haven't had my 1951 Tea20 running for a few years now. I have been working on it the last few weeks and getting ready to start it. But I don't remember if the throttle is all the way up or down at idle?? Please help, on the odd chance that it starts right up I don't want to blow it up! Forward is idle, back is wide open..

Thanks, so 1 o clock is idle & 5 o clock is full rpm.
