Found a small wrench today in a TO35 I just bought. I always look for the plow wrench. Anyone know how many different wrenches Ferguson-MHF were made? This is a 180 089 M1-- 1/2 X 9/16

someone said there was a Ferguson wrench inside the tube of each Ferguson disc plow.
I have never taken the end caps off my old bent tube disc plow to check.

was afraid the end cap bolt would break off, then I would have to fix it.

I still have the plow wrench and rear tire widening tools for my old 1957 TO35

I took them out of the tractor and stored them in the shop so they would not fall out and get planted somewhere.

The long plough wrench is often found in the tube , usually wrapped up in a hessian bag or an old blue work singlet to stop it rattling . If you are lucky the rag will be really greasy . I don't think it was the ' factory ' place to store them but I have seen more than one that had been shoved in there by some farmer thirty years before . I told the old fellow who runs the tractor breakers about this , he had not noticed it before . Since then he has found a few and laments on all the others that may have slipped through his fingers in the past .

Have 6 disk plow and haven't found a wrench in any but I always look. LOL Did find a large round axle in one that someone needed weight.

I wish one was in there... I 'll tell ya one thing, I will hit every cigar box in every yard sale on the path from now on.... when you gunna show these guys a picture of your new toy? I forgot I had the camera with me....

Tony, shame shame you should have a camera that is marked to be left in the vehicle at all times. Oh yeah you might forget it is in there. That is okay I understand, you are starting to get close to the age I remember I started to forget. Now I am past that stage and just don't remember I even knew about it. HA HA

Oh I knew it was in there Richard... and I thought about taking a picture... but since Miner's new baby is ... slightly???... not more modern??? ... but ???... 'off color'.... I wanted him to be the first to show it...
